    This seems like a strike against ‘AI’ energy usage, but not necessarily anything illegal at all. From the article, they don’t need permitting as long as they’re not in place more than 364 days in a row. It appears they’ve submitted permit applications for 15 generators, but have 35 on-site at the moment, that might be a sign that some of the additional energy usage might be temporary.

    They need more AI to find a solution to this AI related issue and then more AI for issues stemming from that solution.
